In ancient Greek religion and mythology, the Muses (Ancient Greek: Μοῦσαι, Moũsai, Modern Greek: Μούσες) are the inspirational goddesses of literature, science, and the arts.  The word "muse" can refer, in general, to anyone or anything which inspires an artist, musician, or writer.

The Strength of Music to Create Joy

Music has been known to create connections, change our mood, bring out memories. Parents often sing lullabies to their babies who would never sing any other time. We sing for birthdays, sing holiday carols, and add music to other important moments. There's been hundreds of studies relating to the biological benefits.

Music is one of the biggest reasons why the holiday season is so special; in many ways, music is a part of the glue that holds the holidays together.

1) Volunteer to sing in the community, 2) Put on your Own Holiday Concert, 3) Gift a personal music track as a gift, 4) Write your own holiday songs
