This Cello was made sometime around 1750 in Europe. The place of origin is found in the region of Bohemia/Saxon . The cello comes complete with all its original parts (Currently set-up with a new bridge and an extendable end pin). Solid spruce used for the top, and Pearwood for the sides and back. Pearwood was also used for the fingerboard, bridge, end-pin, and tailpiece. The fingerboard was originally fretted. Inside the cello is made with an integral base bar, making this a baroque style instrument. This means it will only work with gut strings.
